We invite you to become friends & fans at the facebook wall page where a page link is posted for cool rock pictures, articles, comments, messages, likes, dislikes etc. You'll need to sign in to facebook to get you there, I think. Request to become a friend. We are still not all that familiar with all the facebook setups, settings, direct links but hope all gets ironed out to make it a fun and informative page. We'll send out an invitation to everyone listed in our dbase. Facebook claims one can do this without much problem?

Escalante Rock Shop Website Info:

The website has been updated with "new and improved" product pictures and more new items. If you want something you don't see on the website or see a sold specimen you wanted send us an email.

We recently picked up some very rare Hoo Doo Petrified Wood from Oregon, currently being cut and polished. Escalante Rock Shop is the distributor for this recent find. There are some specimens on the webpage. For larger pieces contact us and we'll check to see how the cutting and polishing is coming along.

We have more large slabs of Escalante Petrified Wood in boxes recently cut and polished, more coprolite, more agate.

Escalante Rock Shop Opens:

In February during the February thaw (if there is one) we open the shop for spring break visitors. We have been collecting & buying so there is plenty of interesting petrified wood, agates, jaspers, coprolites, dinosaur bone and hundreds of other items including the famous Escalante Rock Shop T-Shirt "Center of the Universe". Escalante Rocks! - Rock hounding Adventures:

Our first Rock hounding adventure is scheduled for May 2nd 2012. If you are planning on coming out this year be sure to reserve a seat for a fun adventure. Space is limited so call in a reservation today.
